Welcome to my apartment!

This lovely 70m2 apartment is tastefully decorated in a modern style and is conveniently located near various top attractions in Lisbon, including Jardim do Príncipe Real.

Designed with an open floor plan, the apartment offers a comfortable living room area with a sofa bed where you can relax and enjoy your favourite shows on the TV. There is also a dining table that can accommodate up to six people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove and an oven, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

The bedrooms feature two single beds each, and we provide complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well during their stay.

The bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Praça das Flores is a charming and picturesque square in Lisbon, Portugal's heart. Known for its tranquil atmosphere and beautiful surroundings, this area offers a delightful mix of historical architecture, vibrant gardens, and a relaxed ambience.

Surrounded by traditional Portuguese buildings, the square features a central garden adorned with colourful flowers, leafy trees, and well-manicured lawns. It is a peaceful retreat where locals and visitors can unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The Rato metro station is just a 10-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.

NOTE: The property is located on a busy street, so some noise it to be expected.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
