Spice Barn is situated on the site of Old Lanwarnick Cottages, settled peacefully between Liskeard and Looe. Here, you have access to some wonderful shared facilities and areas, as well as your own private space to enjoy. There's the added luxury of a bubbling hot tub, which you can book private slots for so you're not disturbed, sun-drenched gardens, a communal gym, pavilion seating area atop a hill with stunning valley views and a cornhole and swing ball set up. You'll also be able to spot a variety of wildlife here, as well as saying hello to the resident chickens and ducks. There are also two bike sheds for storing your bikes. Get lost in endless woodland trails, or pack up a picnic to enjoy down by the babbling stream. Please note, the beauty of Old Lanwarnick is shared with five other cottages on site; Honey Pot, Rainbow Cottage, Blackberry Barn, Hob Nob and The Old Farmhouse. The hot tub is shared between four of the cottages, but you can book a private slot so you won't be disturbed.
