“Great beach, some of the restaurants was good. The staff in general is not the most helpful and gives you the feeling that you disturb them almost. Sad and sorry because the resort with the location and beach, water is great. But the management needs to look over some of the staff more if they want returning guests. The restaurants is mostly good, especially the asian that also had great staff / service.”

“We had a good overall experience, with some areas that we feel could be improved.
On the positive side, the hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area with lovely surroundings. The atmosphere felt safe and relaxing throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection, and the setting of the hotel contributes greatly to the overall experience.

“Between my family we rented 3 separate rooms here for 5 days each. One of the rooms were amazing! Mine however was not so much, there was no hot water for 3 of the days! I had to call about our AC not working several times. We could only use the pool on the first day of the stay due to it being quite dirty for the remainder of the time. We did reach out with all of the concerns AC was fixed promptly, hot water took days, and pool was never cleaned. The manager did offer to cook breakfast for us...
