“This property was as described. High ceilings made the house feel quite open. There were AC units in each of the 3 bedrooms which helped keep the temperature quite comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for either a short or long term stay. There was hot water in the shower of the master bath and electricity was included in the price. Wall outlets were well labelled and adapters were available. The rental was near the aloe Vera farm and ostrich farm. This location was good if going to areas...

ONE Mambo by Bocobay

10/10 Fantastiskt

"Jättefint lägenhetshotell vid populära Mambo Beach. Rum nr 6 hade två våningar med två sovrum på nedervåning och kök vardagsrum på övervåning med utgång till rymlig terrass. Lägenheten hade fullt utrustat kök och vi valde att förbeställa mat direkt till kylskåp innan incheckningen via deras tjänst, väldigt smidigt. Endast slutstädning ingår men om extra städning behövs så kan det bokas till. Fri tillgång till utbyte av poolhanddukar och handdukar under vistelsen. Också fylla på med schampo, toalettpapper eller diskmedel. Lite strul vid incheckningen, information efter receptionstiderna stämde inte fullt ut, men det löste sig via WhatsApp till slut. Strandstolar ingår inte men kan hyras för 7USD per stol på Bonita beachclub precis nedanför hotellet. Obeservera tidig utcheckning kl 10.00 och om andra gäster ska ha rummet den dagen så kan de inte facilitetera senare utcheckningstid. Hotellet ligger vid nöjesstället Mambo Beach, det kan vara en hel del liv från kringliggande restauranger och barer. Kan verkligen rekommendera hotellet. Väldigt hög servicenivå och vänlig personal. Löser allt snabbt."

"We had a good overall experience, with some areas that we feel could be improved. On the positive side, the hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area with lovely surroundings. The atmosphere felt safe and relaxing throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection, and the setting of the hotel contributes greatly to the overall experience. There were a few aspects that could be improved. The room had older furniture, and during our stay we occasionally noticed insects, which may be linked to this. While it did not significantly impact our stay, it slightly affected the comfort at times. Housekeeping was somewhat inconsistent. Some days the room was well cleaned with fresh bed linens, while on other days this was not provided, and the overall cleaning quality varied. Service was also mixed. Some staff were helpful and friendly, while others appeared less engaged, and at times the reception experience did not feel very welcoming. Overall, we had a good stay, but with some improvements in housekeeping consistency, room updates, and service approach, the hotel could offer an even better guest experience given its great location and surroundings."
