“Lost power, had no access to water park, whole reason of booking. No towels, shampoo or soap upon arrival. Room was 90+ degrees on arrival. No air on 110 outside. 1 day without power. Never opened pool. Holiday vacation”

“The hotel was dirty, rooms were filthy, towels were hard to come by and stained. Trash in hallways, and lobby. There was no breakfast. The parking lot is in disrepair. The hairdryer did not work, the door safety locks were broken, the phone did not work so if you needed to call the front desk you couldn’t, you had to go downstairs. There is no elevator as an fyi. We got to the hotel and had to wait 20 minutes for someone so we even could check in, pretty sure we woke him up.”

“This hotel allows smoking on the 1st floor which the smell rises. We were on the 2nd floor and were bothered by the smell. The carpet in the hallway smelled musky and looked dirty. “The first room has stains on it sheets and they quickly swap this out to another room. I checked the sheets. They looked OK and then laying down I saw what looked like barbecue sauce or marinara sauce on the pillow so I’d ask for a new pillowcase, which came promptly. This is more about Expedia complaint, but I bought the insurance in case of a cancellation which I tried to use because my wife is so pregnant. “Property and room were dirty. Had to change rooms immediately. Breakfast had ants on buffet. They only have one pool which splits into an outdoor and indoor area. People outside hotel were very sketchy.”

“The hotel itself was nice but the power went out at like 3pm and was out the entire stay so we only got to use the pool for an hour, no breakfast or coffee the next morning, not much emergency lighting in the evening after the sun went down. On top of all that, the fire alarms went off twice. Once at 10pm and once at 2am. We understand the weather was no fault of the staff but things could have been handled differently for guests.”

“The studio rooms do not contain a bathtub/shower combo as shown in pictures. Also, housekeeping only comes once a week and was in my room at 9pm. Very strange. Staff was nice and tried to remedy the situation regarding the need for a bathtub. Ultimately, they were unable to find another room to meet my needs for the stay. Breakfast was okay.
