“Super friendly hotel staff! Beautiful spacious rooms. We really only had two complaints but honestly it isn’t a reflection on the hotel. 1. The second night we stayed the fire alarm kept going off. “A good hotel, a bit off from 'downtown' St Joseph, but with a car everything is possible. Good wifi, decent breakfast. Loved the pancake machine! We also very much appreciated the washer&dryer onsite - very convenient. There is also a gym which my husband used, but I wanted to run outside (a bit hot). If only the city could fix a footpath/sidewalk from the hotel to the bridge (about 1/4 mile), access would have been perfect. The nice restaurant next door and the beautiful sunset over Lake...

“The stay was great. We had an issue with the a/c not working in our room. The front desk attendant that afternoon was very helpful and friendly. She came up to our room till see if she could fix it, but was not able to. She got us into another room. She always asked to see if our room was okay where we left the hotel for dinner.
