“We have rented this property to spend weekend in Fort Collins while our daughter had graduation ceremony at CSU. We have appreciated that the house was just a short drive to campus and there is close proximity of shops - walking distance to Walgreens and Safeway and short drive to Walmart. House is a bit older and dated but it has its charm. We have enjoyed nice backyard which was ideal to relax or play various sports (sport equipment and various stuff for children was a pleasant surprise)....
