“We just needed a place to sleep while visiting our son in Discovery Bay. Very clean room with a mini fridge and microwave (bring utensils if you brought snacks). We ended up exploring the bay on the kayaks and paddle board in the evening and it was a beautiful and easy ride. The patio is spacious with comfortable seating. “My husband and I were stunned the first night upon entering the home as the property was listed as entire home and it had the word bungalow in it. We thought we were staying in an attached private bungalow. We climbed 2 long flights of steps to the small bedroom and slept well that night. Currently, there is no dresser in the bedroom, just a closet. We suggested that she put one in and she was receptive to this idea. Our private bathroom was new, modern and very clean. “The attached little apartment was a perfect stay for my husband. The in unit washing machine and dryer is super convenient if you’re staying for a while. He stayed almost a month. The apartment was clean and in a safe area, he also enjoyed visits from the wild turkeys. The host was very easy to get in touch with and accommodating for us. He would definitely stay here again! ”
