The Space:

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for up to sixteen guests. There are four bedrooms, three with two double beds and the other with a small double bed. Each bedroom is complete with a luxury en-suite bathroom with heated flooring. You'll find plenty of fresh towels and essential toiletries to make your stay more comfortable.



There's also a sofa bed in the living room (all bedding provided). The living room features a large, comfortable sofa accompanied by a flat-screen TV and streaming services. The dining room features a large table that converts effortlessly into a pool table and ping pong table, offering guests a space for meals and post-dinner entertainment and competition. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine. A washing machine and dryer are also available for you to use inside the apartment.

Please note that due to the property being on a main road, some street noise can be heard. For sensitive sleepers we provide complimentary ear plugs.



PARKING

Parking is available for free for 1 car in our private carpark, in addition there is paid street parking right outside the property.



CHECK-OUT

Checkout is by 10am. The cleaner will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests. It is therefore vital that you stick to these pre-agreed times.



TOWELS & LINEN

- All bed linens provided (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases)

- 1 bath towel per guest provided and a hand towel for each bathroom



SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

For your peace of mind, the property is fully equipped with essential safety features, including:

Being so centrally located, the space has very good transport links and is just a 5 minute walk to Lime Street train station. Travel to and from the apartment can be done with ease from just about any location across Liverpool.

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
