“I can sum up my review in two words, stay away. The entire facility looks rundown and ragged. Our apartment had many things broken, missing, or inoperative. Overhead LED lights not working, faucets loose on the sink, bottom rack of the dishwasher missing, water damage on the ceiling of the bathroom, just to name a few. The bathroom was decent except there were no amenities such as toiletries and no shelf in the shower to store them. Again, the apartment had the look and feel of neglect. The...

“Väldigt nära tågstationen, tog bara 5 min att gå. Värden var väldigt trevlig och flexibel med tiden då vårt tåg var rejält försenat. Stor lägenhet med gott om plats och ett sovloft som passar barn bra eller om man som smidig vuxen kan krypa upp och lägga sig i. 2 st badrum samt kök. Nära ner till centrum.”

“I thought the property was fantastic and a great location, the parking was a joke and something they should look at.having to work thier way round and one way system then parking on a double yellow is a bit much.no hot shower for three days in 25 degrees is another thing especially with an 88 year old man who was down for his birthday.lovely place and I would go back, just the details.three coathangers and one was broken and the couch was stained but parking was a bit daft and could be sorted out”

“Very close to everything, clean and tidy”

“The location was at the center of everything we wanted to do. It was a comfortable stay. Very clean. Very practical.”

“When arriving to the apartment there was no information on how to check in. After several calls to a reception number I was met by a rude person who explained that I have to follow the instructions. I asked where this information was sent but the guy was only irritated. After a few minutes walk to the reception the same guy was still rude and explained that they had sent info via Whatsup and all communication was via Whatsup. I had received several e-mails about different packages to buy and...

“Property was very clean and all communication handled over WhatsApp. We were moved to a different building the day our booking was meant to start due to maintenance issues. This was all handled via WhatsApp. Reception in different building, 10min walk away. There were lots of stairs and convoluted hallways - this was difficult for my elderly mother. Sofa bed is actually just a hard sofa that folds at a 90 degree angle. I’d only put a child or person weighing less than 40kgs in it. Other beds...

“For some reason they seem to change how long it takes to receive your deposit.”
