On the spacious terrace in the fenced yard there is a private heated pool of 50 m2 with salt water, surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor summer kitchen with a dining table and chairs.
The ground floor is divided into a kitchen with a dining area and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and armchairs and an LCD TV. On the ground floor there is also one bedroom with an en suite bathroom, in which there is a king size bed. This floor is also suitable for people in wheelchair.
On the first floor, there are three remaining bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms. There are also two separate guest toilets in the villa.
