“Buen sitio y limpio”

“Hay que darle tiempo al hotel. No hay mucho personal, desayuno pésimo, buffet no estaba disponible, helados y frappe y el coffe shop abren tarde… No like”

“We booked two rooms; one was good. The other had a broken AC and smelled damp. The staff took the problem seriously and tried to resolve it. When that didn’t work, we were given a new room that was good in every way. The staff were consistently excellent! The pool is minimal, absolutely not what I expected. As a result, none of us or our three children wanted to swim. The breakfast was poor—neither tasty nor offering a good selection. It was okay, but not worthy of the Hyatt name.”

“The hospitality love the amazing view the property owners are the nicest people so is the staff they make sure that you are very well taken care of, anything you need or any questions that you may have they will have a answer or they will have a suggestion is a very peaceful place and the homemade breakfast and the coffee is the best, Can't wait to go back I miss it already take time to unwind and relax to everyone at Serena boutique hotel Thank you you guys are the best.”

“El Hotel me gusto porque esta bien centrico para caminar a Bares, Restaurantes y el Casco Urbano de Cayey. No me gusto que no tenia elevador.”

“Yes, parking was easy, right in front of the building but was upset there was no elevator and I had five suitcases with me”

“The best part of this hotel was the bathroom it was very clean. Everything else is left to be desired. ”

“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”

“Property needs maintenance. There is a laundry mat across the street which was an absolute life savor. We decided to wash the sheets and quilt, looked like it was used and not changed from last guest. There is a lobby that is general use for the occupants but not inside the room as listed. It’s a one stop deal and it did its purpose overall. Bring your own everything as the toiletries are very limited. Last but not least it’s right next to a funeral home. Enjoy!”
