"The hotel and experience was the best we had on our 5day trip around the highlands (half of Scotland). The room was modern and the bathroom was new and fresh, the beds were the best we had during our trip. The restaurant and bar has a panorama view over Loch Ness. The staff was nice and welcoming. Sam who worked in the bar was excellent and even showed us he’s bagpipe skills (in a video).😊 Their selection of whisky is more than enough and the same goes for the beer on tap. Check-in was smooth and parking was easy (and free). Highly recommend it,"

"The hotel is old which is the great charm with it. The old look and charm makes the stay something to remember. The location is perfect as it is in the centre of Inverness."

"Hotellet är riktigt slitet. Trött personal som knappt hälsade. Trist, kall frukostmatsal. Fanns ägg, bacon osv men inget speciellt. Brandlarmet gick mitt i natten. Väldigt förvirrad personal och vi fick stå ute i ca 45 minuter. Fick ingen förklaring om vad som hänt. Läget är bra och utsikten från tredje våningen var fin! "
