âWonderful hotel! Great location on the waterfront. The balcony rooms that overlook the harbor are fabulous. Very clean, very quiet, very comfortable. â
âIt's a clean, safe budget hotel located within walking distance of what's currently the end of the line for light rail. A little tricky finding it but being off the road was great for car noise. It was fine for going to a football game although you are crossing the busiest intersection in Lynnwood to get to the station or drive south on the freeway. Right next to an Ezell's Chicken!â
âThis place looks amazing! Nothing like what I remembered it to be!! Staff is absolutely wonderful, friendly, and welcoming!! The lady at the desk is great!! Other motels could learn a lot from her!! Even if the property was trashed, (which it WAS NOT) her kind hospitality would keep me coming back.â
âRoom was nice, safe area, easy to park and breakfast ok, but we did not like that we paid a deposit of 100$ and it can take upto 14weekdays to release that the deposit, that is not ok. â

âWe keep returning to this location, this is our 4th time here. the staff at check in Paul, he is amazing. So fun to learn about the area, and great conversation. Their breakfast options are great and delivered right to your door. The rooms are clean and have a beautiful view of the marina. â
âI can hear for Geek Fest happening at the Arena! It was convenient as it was right by the Arena (like a 4 minute walk). The staff let me check in even though our room wasnât ready yet, so we were speedy move in process when we were done with the festivities for the day. Staff is nice and efficient at their job!â
âthis may just be the most run down tired hotel room i have visited in the last 8 years. It was however clean and functional with a clean bed. Perhaps slippers would be nice to protect and provide comfort from the decades old carpets.
