Room eas in rough shape, crap on the cieling, water on floor. The stick on hardwood/linoleum was coming up and tripping on it plus the floor was uneven, the bathroom was groos and very outdated. Really nice cabin. Very clean and in a nice spot on the river. The cabin is located on a shoal so it has no dock. If the river is low, it’s not great for fishing. Regardless, the lot is large and tranquil.
