- Our beautiful Centrally located London house is set in one of the smartest neighbourhoods in the city, with exquisite interiors and a small garden.

- The house is tastefully furnished and offers discerning guests a beautiful home where they can relax and enjoy their stay, surrounded by comfort and modern conveniences. The home is set in the centre of town in a quiet neighbourhood yet close to the bustle and fun of quality shopping, entertainment and the main tourist attractions of London

- Transport links are excellent with subway and bus access within a couple of minutes from the house London Heathrow Airport is 45 minutes away.

- The house has a king bedroom and a double bedroom and is ideally suited for a small family or busy executive looking for the intimacy of a luxury house .

- The house sleeps a maximum of 3- 4 people ( 3 adults and or 2 adults and 2 small children)

-All linen is provided as well as towels, shampoo, soaps and shower gel.

-The house is centrally heated throughout, being warm in winter and cool in summer.

- There is a comfortable sitting room and a large fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

- Smart TV and WI-FI throughout the house.

- A hospitality pack is provided upon arrival including, bread, milk, eggs, butter, biscuits and chocolates. Also coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper are standard in the kitchen for each new arrival.

The house is family friendly and great for children of all ages.

- We will consider: Corporate bookings, Long term lets (over 1 month), Short breaks (+6 days) Our terms for the summer season is a minimum of 7 night stays however we will accept 6 night stays with a premium.

- There is a strictly NO SMOKING rule in the house.

- The house is ideal for cosy entertaining however no large parties are allowed and the house is limited to maximum to the addition of 4 non residential guests.

-The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, hot plate, microwave, toaster etc, including a dishwasher, dryer and washing machine with laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets provided.

- There is a small garden with a table and chairs in the warmer seasons. Ideal for relaxing and having a sundowner

-Also very close to Royal Marsden in Fulham Road.

- The house is 8 minutes walk from South Kensington Tube Station ( Zone 1) which gives fast access to the whole of the London Transport system and the sights.

-The large department stores of Peter Jones in Sloane Square and Harrods are close by with the fashionable boutiques and restaurants of Kings Road and Fulham Road tempting you in.

- There are numerous restaurants bars and pubs within a few minutes of the house and a special selection around South Kensington Tube /Exhibition road area There are also plenty of Pubs in the area. with plent of good spots for a couple of cool relaxing drinks and a great food menus.

- The River Thames is a 15 minute walk away as well in the other direction are the famous London museums of South Kensington.

- Also the Saatchi Gallery in Kings Road is a must see

We stayed at this house for just over a week in September and the experience was outstanding. The house was, as stated, just renovated and was extremely clean and tidy with everything you could need, and included a very thoughtful welcome package of grocery items. The location was perfect; very quiet but close to all the Chelsea/South Kensington restaurants and shopping, and with a selection of Tube stations close by. Check in/check out was also a breeze.I have to thank Robert and his team for making our stay so welcoming and stress free and wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property.

Nice Location in Chelsea

The house is located in a nice neighborhood and accessible to shops, restaurants, and museum. It's about a 10-15 min walk to a tube station which makes it easy to get around. The house has 3 levels, master bedroom upstairs, bedroom on the entry level and kitchen and bath on the lower level. I didn't realize that there were multiple levels so you had to go up and down stairs a lot. That may be common in a London home. I have not been to London before. The garden area outside wasn't very useable. It had a small wrought iron table set and it wasn't very clean or kept. We were not there a lot but it would have been nice to use it a few evenings. It was a unusually warm, I think, for the time of year we were there. There is no a/c and we opened windows but there are no screens so then bugs would get in so we couldn't really do that. Again, all probably common for a home in Europe so just something to be aware of if you are not used to that. The owner did let us check in a little early so we appreciated that.

Adorable house in Chelsea

My adult daughter and I with 2 girls 8 & 11 had a wonderful stay in this cute house in Chelsea neighborhood in London. Walking distance to so many shops and great restaurants. Harrods, Hide Park, Sloane Street, Museums! Everything very well stocked, Even had fresh bread, butter Eggs and milk when we arrived. It was truly like you lived there, lovely kids going to school in the morning and people walking their dogs. super safe, friendly and a totally great experience.
