“For location to central london, it's 5/5. In terms of convenience to shops and cafes, it was excellent. It was an interesting harry potter inspired property but that drew a lot of tourists outside our door, with some knocking on the door and some sat on the stairs. The Public alley just outside the property also smelt alot of pee and there were some homeless people sleeping near the house. Property was generally clean but there needed to be quite a bit of improvements - there was no kitchen...

“The main issue with the property was that the basement room smelled SO strongly of mildew and the stairs to get down there felt so steep and unsafe that one couple in our group ended up booking a hotel to accommodate themselves. This was truly more like a converted crawl space than a bedroom. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, even for a sofa bed.
