“Beautifully appointed and comfortable basement apartment in a quiet lovely residential neighborhood. Great wifi, and kitchen and bathroom were nicely supplied. I appreciated the bottled water and coffee waiting for me when I checked in. Would definitely stay again when in London. One point, is that you must descend a flight of stairs to enter the unit. This didn't bother me at all but some people might not want this challenge.”

“Overall, the place is great! Every nicely appointed and furnished. Very cozy & met all our needs. Great location, close to Western and downtown. Excellent communication with and by our host. Only 2 drawbacks: i) outside entryway was rather overgrown with plants and need to be trimmed, which impeded access somewhat on the rather narrow walkway; and 2) the stairway up to the unit is in good shape, but is on the narrower side, and quite steep. So may pose difficulties for some with disabilities or...

“Everything went really well. The apartment is perfect and clean. The only two issues are: (1) the apartment was very hot and we couldn’t find the control for temperature; (2) the outside of the apartment like the entrance to the building and the building corridors were but clean and the stairs entering the building is slippery. However, if I go to London again I would use this place especially over summer.”
