“Clean room, staff were wonderful at least 9 out of 10 were. When I arrived and needed a porter to take my bags in I had to search for one. The person who came out clearly did not like his job. The rest of my stay the staff were lovely, super friendly people and I felt welcomed. Room service food was not good at all. I ordered a steak sandwich and the meat was raw. “This was a great place to stay. Right on Lake Macquarie. Very relaxing. Great cabin, staff and communication. When there was an issue with one of the toilets on site, or when aclean up neededto be done on the jumping pad, a text message was sent out letting us all know. Also liked the fairy lights around the very clean bbq just behind our cabin. And the sound of frogs in the creek behind us was amazing. ”

“Vi kom sent och åkte tidigt, det var okej för en natts genomresa. Wi-fi fungerade tyvärr inte. Hotellet kändes gammalt och slitet, men hyfsat rent. Hjälpsam personal i receptionen.”

“A bit confusing to locate since even the GPS was vague. reception is inside the RSL club which was a bit strange. Outdoor parking was pretty full so it's first in best dressed if you want to park near your room. We had a downstairs room, quiet, but cleaning could be improved.”

“The unit had all the items we needed for our group. With the closeness to shops (5 min drive) we were able to get anything we needed and did a mix of eating out and cooking for ourselves. The staff was great and very friendly and helpful. We would plan to be back on our next trip! There was easy access to the beach and while we didn't like the water in the bay (just at the park), it was a quick trip over to Shelly Beach which had fun waves for our whole family.”
