Thank you!
Thanks for providing a great space for my visit. It was the perfect location and best of all always had parking nearby. Only suggestion would be to provide some silverware for the unit as not all takeout will give silverware. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Very nice stay!
This location worked for us because it’s 6 blocks from our son. However, it’s not really walking distance to stores and restaurants. If you have a car, it’s very convenient. Nice to be able to watch people golf across the street! One word of warning: there are 2 flights of steps to get into the unit. We are seniors with compromised abilities so this was a little challenging.

Great stay!
Great location and easy to find parking next to the house. Lots of restaurants choice around to order delivery. And only minutes drive away from the beaches.

Reasonably priced place in a good spot
The property is in a good spot. It's probably best suited for a single person or a couple that can share the one bed. They provided a roll out bed that my daughter slept on and that worked fine for us.

Family Getaway to LA
My teen son and I came to Santa Monica for our annual family vacation. This location was lovely and the hosts were on site in the main house and very communicative. The house rules were posted on the fridge and clear! There was a nice (well stocked) local grocery store within 15 minutes walking distance, which was very convenient. The neighborhood was lively, with people out exercising and walking their dogs- my son even went on a run each night, he felt that comfortable. There were plenty of towels and bedding, plus there was a twin size rollaway bed and the couch could fold down into a sleeper. Even better, we were only about 10-15 minutes from Santa Monica Pier! We had a relaxing and fun time and look forward to our next stay!

Such a welcoming place to stay in Santa Monica. We felt very relaxed. And loved the location. The host were available any time, but we had everything were could possible want in the rooms. Enjoyed would recommend staying there and we will probable again.

Incredible spot in Santa Monica, peaceful vibe
A perfectly cozy studio in Santa Monica. Super close to the beach and to all the good eating spots off Ocean. Clean interior, lovely natural lighting and the outdoor patio is gorgeous. A very peaceful vibe overall, would definitely recommend

Great Stay

spacious and lovely studio
The space was larger than it appeared in the photos, was well-decorated and clean. It was located on a quiet street that was convenient to all the places we wanted to go. I would stay here again on my next trip to LA!

Quiet Hide Away
This small studio is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of Santa Monica. The unit has everything you need in a relatively compact space. Our only complaints are that the closest coffee shop is at least 1/2 a mile away (and we didn't have a car), and the bathroom is awkward to use as there is no shelf or counter space. We suggested the owners add a couple of shelves. Also, no towels were left in the bathroom and it took us a few minutes to discover where they were hiding in a closet. But other than those minor challenges, this is a great quiet unit tucked away in a nice neighborhood of Santa Monica with everything you need.

Visit with family
Very clean and nice studio. Large enough for card games and a family dinner with our son and daughter in law. It is close to a small airport but It is not very busy and I enjoyed watching the airplanes from our patio. Would stay there again.

Weekend Trip
My 2 girls and I were in town for a concert and needed a place to stay for a weekend. We found Maryam & Esmail’s place, it looked perfect and was close to where we needed to be. They were very easy to contact. Check in was super easy. Everything was just as promised. We felt very safe in the area and knowing they were close by if we needed anything. We would definitely stay there again and recommend. Thank you Maryam& Esmail for helping with a great weekend!

Highly recommend. Great value, loveliest studio and the best host
Maryam & Esmail were lovely, and so was their studio. I booked this for my parents who are visiting from out of the country. It's got everything you need, the space is extremely comfortable with the high ceiling, and the neighborhood is safe and great to walk around. I would definitely rent this space again for when my parents visit me in the future. Maryam & Esmail are great hosts, they were always available when my parents had questions about parking and other things. Extremely helpful and respectful, always assured us that they live closeby and that they are there if we need our help. Couldnt' find a better host. Highly recommend

Exceeded expectations
I don’t have anything bad to say about my stay. Everything was just great. Conveniently located in Santa Monica in a quiet neighbourhood that felt really safe (something to consider in L.A.), 15 min walk from public transportation, 30 min walk from Venice Beach. Supermarket and laundry place close by. The house was beautiful, the furniture was stylish. It was equipped with all that we needed for cooking and making coffee in the morning. The floors were clean, sheets felt fresh, towels were abundant. Communication with the host really top notch, they answered all my messages very quickly and reminded me several times that they live close by and to reach out if I needed. I also loved that the door could be opened with a code instead of a key, as it always adds a bit of stress to have to carry a key around. Air conditioning saved us from the heat during this exceptionally hot week in Los Angeles. The bed was comfortable. The toilet is even equipped with a “Tushy”, something we Italians especially appreciate considering we never find our beloved bidets abroad. I could go on for hours so I’ll stop here. Needless to say that considering the prices in Los Angeles my stay didn’t feel like a waste of money at all. I would recommend it to a friend. I would stay at this place again next time I visit L.A.

Pros: The host was amazing. Very communicative and helpful. The studio is in a good, safe neighborhood with a view of the golf course. They had a dispenser in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and body wash in case you left anything behind. Overall the studio was very well stocked with the necessities. Parking was very easy and convenient. Lots of windows letting in natural light. Cons: Although indicated that pets were not allowed, the studio had a very potent, overwhelming smell of cat urine. It was not the quiet getaway we were expecting from the other reviews. Right next to the airport so there were very loud planes flying overhead frequently. Additionally, the refrigerator was very loud. It made a strange “knocking” sound that frequently woke us.

Quiet little place
We had a nice stay, quiet at night and nice neighborhood. Nice to be able to open the balcony for fresh air with a screen door. Lots of nice restaurants nearby, Shoops has killer breakfast! I would say you “could” walk, but driving would be better, it’s not an easy walk. The airport is near so you can hear the Cessna type airplanes during the day, but we were out and about most of the day. The mattress is very firm, just not like our purple mattress, so it seemed super firm. No washer and dryer, but there’s a laundry mat down the street. Other than that, it has all the basics and we had a great last minute stay.
