“On check in we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite 309. It was 1400sf with a great view of the property and ocean. Great way to spend 10 nights with a full kitchen and two sink bathroom. The property is in a great location close to great restaurants and bars. But the best part is that it’s on Mendano Beach where you can swim!! All the staff from housekeeping to pool services were excellent helpful and friendly. We will stay here again!!”

“Property is just as described, the hotel itself is beautiful, very small!!!! It’s relaxing but service was very poor.
We constantly got ignored, we didn’t have the best vibes from the staff besides the host at ballena view restaurant and the chef at the Japanese restaurant. We tipped so well too which was even more sad because knowing so many people there do not tip at all, we felt like the workers just don’t want to be there. They rarely smile, they see you need something and go the other way....

“The rooms were INCREDIBLE! View of the Marina from the balcony, and open the front door, direct ocean view. Property is beautiful, the newer suites (Finisterra Suites) are built into the rock hills surrounding and above the hotel and marina. Food was great. Pool service was great. Views were top tier!
