“Gorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”

Then another 45 minutes just to make a restaurant reservation, with limited availability and clearly overworked staff. “This was an amazing property. I wish I had known that we couldn’t swim in the ocean at the resort due to the rip currents and extreme waves prior to making our reservation. We were able to go to the public beach (definitely recommend) it was just a short uber ride away and we were able to swim with all the fish. We had a great time regardless of that. The food was good compared to the all inclusive we stayed at last yr in Cancun”

“My wife and I came here for my Wife’s birthday and we stayed in 1 king suite with plunge pool. We had the best time and amazing views. Privacy was not an issue and it felt we were there by ourselves. We were there during the down season so not a lot foot traffic. It was very relaxing. If you get the chance to have Guillermo has your butler then you will be well taken care of. Top notch gentleman and very thoughtful. He made our entire trip one to remember.
