La atmĂłsfera del hotel es acogedora y elegante, con una hermosa combinaciĂłn de encanto histĂłrico y confort moderno. El personal fue muy amable y servicial desde el primer momento, y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos durante toda la estancia.
Tuvimos un problema con la habitaciĂłn y, al mencionarlo al personal, actuaron de manera rĂĄpida y profesional. Nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitaciĂłn sin ningĂșn inconveniente....

âPerfekt lĂ€ge, vi kunde inte bo bĂ€ttre o mer centralt. Litet och charmigt hotell i gammalt hus, men det var frĂ€scht och troligtvis nyligen renoverat. Trevlig och hjĂ€lpsam personal.â
âBra hotell för en weekend i Madrid. Ligger precis vid tunnelbanan som tar en in till de centrala delarna. Vi gick Ă€ven in till centrum. Tar ca 35 minuter. Det finns bra âvattenhĂ„lâ lĂ€ngs strĂ€ckan.

"Loved the area and the studio apartment we rented. It faced a lively street but the doors were very sound proof so we werenât bothered at all. We especially appreciated the beach umbrella we could use for free and the refrigerator with a small freeze compartment in the studio. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were really hard and high so woke up with a stiff neck every morning. The only thing we missed was a body length mirror.
