“Our family of 12 spent two weeks during the Christmas holidays in this home and we all enjoyed and loved every inch of this place. The rooms are comfortable. There is more than enough space for big groups to enjoy both together and apart. The adults and the kids alike loved the mini golf, pool tables and the fire pit. The arcade game was a hit. What a breathtaking view particularly on New Year’s Eve! We highly recommend this home.”

“The condo is just as pictured, a perfect ground floor unit with direct access to grass and a path to the beach. I received all the information from Jane prior to the visit and everything was very easy. The beds are quite comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are modern. Only note is the HOA approved electric BBQ did not create enough heat, and should be cleaned between guests.”

“The estate was more beautiful in person. The property manager was very helpful and responded to all our questions. The estate was perfect for our whole family ranging from 21-92 years of age. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for casual dining and the chef's kitchen was incredible for our dinners. The movie room and kids room downstairs worked great for all the cousins. We had yoga classes on the lawn and had a tequila presentation in the beautiful bar area. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy...

“We rented the penthouse apartment/top deck and the 3rd floor villa for 9 adults. Fantastic views and huge kitchen to cook group means. Absolutely will rent this villa again if/when we are doing the Santa Cruz Ironman or anytime with a group. Indoor, secure parking appreciated also. 1 block from the beach and pier. The manager is readily available if/when questions come up. ”
