“Very nice apartment, well stocked with essentials & towels. Super comfortable beds. Location is easy access to downtown Bentonville and 5 minutes to 49 for Bella Vista and Rogers. Quiet and private setting. Would absolutely stay again!”

“The property is cozy and decorated in a homey way. It looks like a home that has been decorated over years and travels. I love the live plants in the living room and the vibrant colors. It has a Tempurpedic type of bed which I do not find particularly comfortable. But, I usually get used to it the second night. The first night is rough. It is on the back side of the quadruplex so it is quiet with no traffic or backyard neighbors. This is my second time to rent this unit. I like it very much.”

“No wi fi, couldn't get our cell phones to work until we left the neighborhood. The three steps in had no bannister ( problem for my husband who walks with a cane). No grab bar to get in and out of tub. Otherwise, had a nice clean room and a good bed. Probably great for a younger couple if they don't need wi fi.”

“Checking in is easy. Comfy space. It's small, but it's perfect for a short stay. You're in the county but close to Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and Fayetteville. The country roads are lovely. Be sure to visit Pastafina (an Italian restaurant right around the corner) when you stay here!”

“If you like staying in historic and unique places, Up On Main will fit the bill. Right in the middle of historic downtown and within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants, we still enjoyed privacy on the porch/backside entry. We stayed for a month and fixed a lot of our meals at home, too, and there was sufficient kitchenwares for this. The owner was quick to respond to any messages although I think we only contacted him twice in the whole month. Highly recommend.”

“This is a very cute house. The kitchen was well equipped as well as the bathroom…so many towels which is unusual. Perfect for us girls. The beds are very comfortable including the bunk bed room with full size beds. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. The only negative thing I can say, is we could not turn the ceiling fan off in The master without turning the light off and it was too cool to run the fan and the window to the right side if the bed needs to be sealed because wasp were coming in!...

“We had a terrific stay. The black barn was just as described and exactly what we were looking. Our family spent the end of Spring Break in northwest Arkansas. The barn was a cozy place to come back to after a day of adventures. It was the perfect space for the four of us with an open plan and great windows. My wife and I enjoyed looking out on the lake from the deck in the morning while we drinking our coffee. The boys had fun in the loft and got excited by the record player and classic rock...
