The oceanfront on Spry Point is fabulous and the quiet beach is right there at the edge of the property. The location is great for venturing out anywhere on the eastern side of PEI. The suite above the garage was ideal for the in-laws to get their own space! Spectacular yard with an amazing gazebo, deck and shoreline to enjoy the evening.
