Vi vill dela Dock Holiday House pÄ den vackra Tellico sjön i Loudon, TN med de som Àr intresserade av ett bekvÀmt get-a-way. Ligger vid 180 Oonoga Way, Loudon, 37774 i Tellico Village, Àr sjön huset cirka 40 minuter frÄn Maryville och 40 minuter frÄn Knoxville. Tellico Village erbjuder mÄnga sÀtt att underhÄlla, frÄn livemusik pÄ fredagskvÀllar pÄ Yacht Club, golf pÄ en av tre hÀrliga banor till en trÀningsanlÀggning komplett med massage pÄ rekreationscentret.

Lenoir City, som ligger cirka 20 minuter bort, har ytterligare restauranger och shopping. Calhoun's on the River ligger cirka 15 minuter lÀngs vÀgen. Den pittoreska staden Loudon, med sina antikaffÀrer och "mamma / pop", Àr ocksÄ cirka 20 minuter bort.

Dock Holiday House erbjuder en vacker trÀdbevuxen utsikt med en djupt vattendocka i en privat vik. Huset har fyra sovrum och tre fulla bad. PÄ övervÄningen Àr ett stort rum med öppen spis, kök med dubbla spisar, tvÀttstuga, fyra matplatser och skÀrmad veranda som har kÀnslan av ett trÀdhus. NedervÄningen finns ett mediarum och spelrum med ping pongbord, en utomhusveranda med hÀrlig utsikt över sjön och en grill. Förutom fyra sovrum som sover tvÄ vardera, finns det en futon och en sprÀngmadrass. SÀngklÀder, handdukar etc. tillhandahÄlls.

Dock Holiday House har WiFi, NetFlix, kabel- och ljudsystem i hela hemmet ..

Det Àr ett utmÀrkt lÀge för ett lugnt get-a-sÀtt för tvÄ, men rymmer ocksÄ lÀtt stora grupper och fungerar bra som en samlingsplats för familj och vÀnner.

Beautiful home on the lake!

This was a very relaxing stay. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Kept out boat at the dock and used it daily. The host communicated quickly and effectively. We would certainly book again!

Fantastic Family Home

This property is wonderful for family gatherings. We had our Thanksgiving dinner with family here. It is a beautiful, spacious home that is warm and inviting with fantastic sun room for beautiful views of the lake. The fireplace is a lovely touch. I appreciate the workspace in the kitchen for remote work during our vacation. I can’t say enough about the location and communication with the host was great! I highly recommend this lovely home!

Would not stay again

The first thing we immediately noticed when we walked in was a very strong, musty smell that permeated the house. Then go downstairs and the smell was even worse. I understand that we were next to water, but there was no de-humidifier to get rid of the excess moisture, nor were there any fans to circulate the air. The house was not very clean with cobwebs and spiders all over the house and to top it off, a hornet or wasp was circling the fan in the main room. We DID NOT leave any windows or doors open, and did not use the dock or outside area at all. Then there was no extra toilet paper anywhere in the house, and we were left to fend for ourselves when the last of it ran out. The downstairs bathroom had ringworms all over the sink, and we have video showing as much that has been submitted as this may have been one of the worst offenses of the home. Lastly, the neighborhood was VERY QUIET, which was explained in the guide book. If you are on vacation and looking to have some fun past 9pm, I would look elsewhere as this is not the place for you. We were not a howling at the moon group either, but did want to have a cocktail on the back deck/dock after the day. Then to top it off due to the location from Knoxville airport, our Uber canceled on us last minute, which apparently happens all the time. So you’ve been warned. We were not, and getting a taxi or the like on a Sunday is impossible.

Wonderful home in a quiet, lovely neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The hosts were very gracious and responsive and the home itself was beautiful. Clean, right on the lake and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Gorgeous location

We had a lovely stay at Doc Holiday house! Nestled in a quiet cove at Tellico lake you’ll enjoy peaceful mornings and even quieter nights! The walk to the dock is 74 steps with areas to rest along the way if need be. The dock has a small table ( no umbrella) but nice for a glass of wine or coffee. We rented a pontoon for the week which was delivered to us and enjoyed the lake! The house had all we needed although we had to scrounge around as things were not very organized in the kitchen ( no big deal). The house could use a second garbage can in the Garage- as it goes out Tuesday morning so it was already full from the last renters causing the garage to smell bad. Overall the outdoors could use some TCL to reduce the vines climbing up the trees to make it more visually appealing and save the beautiful oak trees- but this didn’t impact our stay. We’d stay again and the host was super responsive to our questions prior to rental! Plenty of room to spread out and we enjoyed the ping pong table several evenings!

Great house gir golf trip to Telico

We enjoyed our stay at the house on Oonoga. Perfect setup for guys golf trip. Cooked breakfast in morning before golf and relaxed in evening watching football. Very clean and well furnished.

Great Lake house

Everything went perfectly. We had one small issue, but the owners were quick to respond and was handled right away. I loved the layout of the house with 2 bedrooms on main level and the other 2 on lower level. We had all ages from 18 months to 73 years old. The lake house was perfect for everyone. It was great to be able to have our boat and jetski right there ready to use at any moment. The kids really enjoyed jumping off the dock with floats when the grown ups didn’t want to go out in the boat. The home was clean and had just about everything you needed. I would recommend for anyone. Great hosts. Great location.
