The home is close to any amenities you might need in town. The house is separated from the road by pasture, offering a sense of space and privacy. The two neighbors nearby are quiet and keep to themselves. The home is near Namaqua field park which has a small playground. Nearby you can find great hiking and biking trails. The home is a 30 minute drive to Estes Park, and 1 hour from Denver. Pets are welcome and the yard is fully enclosed.

This home is 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
There is one full bathroom with a shower, tub, and toilet.
There is a full kitchen equipped with essentials. The dining table seats four, and there are also two bar stools at the kitchen bench. The couch that could fit 2-3 people, and there are two additional chairs by the TV. There is a washer and dryer.
The yard is fully enclosed, although we caution owners keep an eye on especially escapist pets. Bunnies tend to roam the yard and excite dogs.

Great place!

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway to visit our daughter that attends CSU. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like we were in the country with a beautiful Mountain View. Our dogs loved the dog toy basket and the completely fenced in yard was perfect for them to get their energy out. We will definitely choose this place again for future visits to the Loveland area!

Perfect house for friends and family to gather

This property was a perfect place for my girlfriends and MIL to stay for the Blue Sky marathon. We all had our own beds, 4 adults, and it was large enough for us to do yoga together. It was also a nice option to be able to bring dogs as there is a great fenced in yard. We used the kitchen and had everything we needed for the weekend. Will definitely stay here again. Its location is perfect. Close to trails, shopping, and Ft Collins without being in the middle of it.

Very nice place. Located perfect for the events we were attending. Pet friendly for sure, but yard needs mowed for animals to go out.. Host was very friendly, and quick to respond to my questions. I highly recomend staying here.

Stay with a view of the Rockies

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was very clean and spacious. The view of the Rockies from the breakfast table was spectacular. The hosts communicated quickly and replied promptly to things we needed. If you want a spacious and relaxing place to stay this is your place.

Nice country spot, but near enough to town to be convenient. Wheelchair accessible entrance and bathroom with handheld shower. 2 steps down to living room, but kitchen, bedroom and bath on entry level. Appreciate dogs being allowed.

Excellent Experience

This was a wonderful place to stay while attending my seminar. I loved how close it was to everything, yet it has a very private feeling. The house was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. Although we didn't need any help, I got the impression it was readily available as we had multiple cell phone numbers to call and the manager lived next door and introduced himself on the second day there.

The property was amazing. There were a couple of things that were a little dusty, but overall it was great. Mark, one of the owners, came to introduce himself. He was very friendly and pleasant. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice clean comfy quiet!

Beds comfy enjoyed our morning coffee before we went hiking with our dogs. Love its pet friendly. Cooked all our meals there. Like the furniture outside and the front porch.
