“The property was in the country and a distance from Picton. Lovely grounds and very peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed and the kitchen table is a perfect size for catching up with friends. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was nice to have an entrance pass for Sandbanks with the rental. ”

“We visited PEC for our annual Christmas get together with our 3 girls and their families. There were 8 adults and 5 children. Sleeping accommodations worked out well as one of the children slept in a travel crib in his parent’s room. The place was lovely and clean. The hot tub was a big hit! Scott, our host, was second to none. He was always very responsive and helpful with any queries we had. Thank you for hosting us at your property. Debbie ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Emma's home. It was a cozy and warm refuge during a chilly week in December. Easily walkable to the man street of Picton. Very comfortable beds with lovely sheets. Lots of extras for example fans, pillow and a well stocked kitchen.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The property is clean with a nice water view and came with everything that we needed. The property owner response very rapidly and accommodates our requests. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Sandbanks, particularly as a large group.”

“This place sleeps 6, there was only three plates, no fry pan or toaster, and no heat when we got there. We called and someone showed up, but it took awhile to warm up the house.”

“Excellent location within walking distance of pretty much everything you need. Short drive to Sandbanks which was great and the house was perfect for us. Just a family of four and it didn't dissappoint. Great communication with the owners, we will definitely consider Hotel Karydia again for next year. ”
