“What can I say, absolutely beautiful location. lovely beach and so private. The cottage is charming family cottage. Fresh linens and towels. The lounge chairs with the gazebo were a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee. The kayaks were great to explore the cove. We sighted some sting rays and a few very quick turtles. Recommend a car. And we enjoyed exploring the cove in the small dinghy we rented.”

“Close to everything in settlement. Everything was as described and we easily used generator when island had rolling blackouts during 2 days of our stay. If both bedrooms had Queen beds it would be great for 2 couples. We got golf cart and were able to go all over the island with our friends he. Would love to build deck so you could have cocktails looking over harbor otherwise not much of a view . Great 7 day intro to MOW.”

“Stayed here for a month so opinions may be different from short term vacationers. The Boathouse is a great 2 bedroom house with beautiful nautical decor and quality furnishings throughout. Great architectural details and quality construction. Interior furnishings very nice and support from Elbow Cay Rentals spectacular. Very clean and all accessories provided. “A lovely cozy cabin and a lovely setting but the restaurant next-door, nippers gets unnecessarily loud at night especially on a Friday. Then the roosters give an early wake up call. We were there in late summer and the crowds were not big at nippers but nevertheless the music played.”

“The property is a pictured and described. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen will equipped. Lubbers Quarters is lovely. We had rough and stormy weather during our stay but still managed to have loads of fun. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Our young grandchildren (5 and under) loved walking around the island and visiting the small beach very close to the house. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to explore the Abacos.”

“Poker Face was private, had everything you need with nice views. George the caretaker was very responsive. A lot of construction in the area at the moment that made some noise but I was out on the water most days...dock is handy and close. Great "private" beach to use right up the street. Would stay again.”
