Ground Floor: entrance, living room, grand kitchen with dining, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

First Floor: 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms.



N.B.: Pool maintenance schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:30/7:00 PM to 8:00 PM (technician places the cleaning robot) and from 7:00/8:00 AM (removal). Lawn mowing on Friday afternoon.
