âMycket fint och bra hotell. Dock svĂ„rt med parkeringen sĂ„ vi anvĂ€nde Valet Parking för 80dollar. Frukost ingick inte men man fick en vĂ€rdecheck pĂ„ 15dollar att anvĂ€nda i marketskop som var i hotellet. SĂ„ vi fick frukost en dag.â

âThis hotel was top notch. It starts with a beautiful majestic lobby with the nicest people who literally break down everything you need or could need. That is after the sweetheart vallet men who were attentive and kind everyday. It was a shock to have to pay $65 a day as it is vallet only but I learned quickly this was the way to go. âEvery hotel employee that we interacted with was polite and friendly. Check-in and valet parking were seamless as was check out. Truly a lovely stay in an elegant hotel.â

âBra lĂ€ge nĂ€r du kommer med bil. Ăvervakad parkering ingĂ„r och bara det Ă€r vĂ€rt mycket. Fina tysta rum och mĂ„nga restauranger inom gĂ„ngavstĂ„nd. Relativt nĂ€ra till Fishermans warf och Lombard street. Vi gick tur och retur till Chinatown, med jag skulle rekommendera att man tar transport pĂ„ hemvĂ€gen. Vi har varit möra i benen av trĂ€ningsvĂ€rk frĂ„n alla backar. Men det var kul. Trevligt Ă€garpar.â

âIt was great as always, the valet upon arrival was somewhat difficult and the man in the valet front did not seem too interested in helping us, maybe he was overwhelmed? The police had to come ask us to move because we were blocking the way. There was a lot of cars waiting to be parked and we were not told where to go. They just said park anywhere and we will get to it. Other than that, this hotel is perfect.â
âWe enjoyed our stay and easy access to transportation. Struggled a bit to figure out BART but everyone was helpful to point you in the right direction. The hotel had a beautiful Rooftop/Bar and it overlooks Oracle Park and SF Bay, and even spotted a few Giants players there. â

âThe hotel has a great location between Dragon Gate and Union Square, right next to the high end boutiques in San Francisco. The lobby and entrance is very anonymous and the evening staff during our stay were terrible. They could hardly say hello and when we had questions they couldnât seem to understand the question nor provide us with a good answer. "Really welcoming staff, helpful. Extra complement to the bartender who was really nice to talk to. US is expansive in general but the hotel was little bit to expensive when it comes to food and beverages.

"Hotel with great view on Van Ness, next to california cable car stop leading to port of SFr. Nearby Polk street is nice for restaurants etc. Had a room enclosing the elevator shaft and the noice from was strong. However, I had for some reason no problem sleeping. The good bed might have helped. The restaurant wasnt that that great but there are many nice places around. "
