“We were in Venice for 1 night and needed to be by the airport and wanted quick access to sightseeing. This was excellent for both. It was very clean and comfortable. Host was very communicative and helpful. Will definitely be back.”

“Nice place, and 3 minute walk to catch 20 minutes bus ride to go into Venice - just know if you go in summer months the AC is just in the hallway, this means even though separate bedrooms you cannot close door for privacy or it gets hot in the room, we were there during heatwave so may not be as bad during regular temps.”

“Excellent apartment for easy access to all the sites: 15’ walk to Sant’Antonio in one direction and 15’ to the Arena chapel in the other direction. As it’s an upper floor apartment, there are 50 steps to climb. But the outdoor rooftop terrace ( perfect for breakfast!) more than makes up for that. It has A/c units in the living room and master bedroom. Grocery store is 10’ walk away. Highly recommended.”

“Great flat, quiet, everything clean, new, and modern. Great location and good communication. Only negatives: bed was a little too firm and flat is up 2 flights of stairs with no lift. But it is Venice... ❤️”

“Highly recommend this place”

“They didn't help me and my Son get in We tried to call them even I got the manager contact info as we get there at the same time as their building inspectors were there. Even them had hard time to get in touch. As we could not get in had to go and book another place and they refuse to refund my money. It is so unacceptable”

“Check-in was all done online in advance of our arrival and host provided great instructions on how to get into apartment. Apartment was clean and roomy and washing machine was very useful. Would stay again.”

“DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE We booked this accommodation because it looked fresh and pleasant in the photos. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find the bedrooms full of mold – a serious health hazard. We immediately contacted Hotels.com, but they refused to refund us because the hotel did not approve it. Despite having clear evidence that the property does not match its description, Hotels.com refuses to refund money or remove it from their platform. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of...

“Host is very clear on check-in instruction, it was smooth. The apartment was cozy and location is excellent. Thankful that there is storage area for our luggage. It will be great if the other bedroom has a AC.”

“Great location, lovely apartment. Very romantic and intimate, and did I mention fantastic location.”

“Great location close to everything. Tania came and met us at vaporetto stop very nice person. A lot of steps for being on second floor. Spacious 2 bedroom 1 queen, 2 singles could have been a little bit softer.”
