“Hotel is in a great location in Luxor, super central with the opportunity for a river side Nile walk all the way down to Luxor Museum and Temple. Not the highest standard, but for the great price, fine for a couple nights while exploring Luxor.”

“I was very welcomed by Mohamad, the owners son. I had a good size 2 bed room with a balcony that you could see a temple and the air balloons taking off from a beautiful green field. “The New Memnon is located within walking distance to some of the most interesting sites on the West Bank. Fifteen minutes to Deir el Medina and Medinet Habu and only slightly farther to the Valley of the Queens and the Ramesseum. That’s probably one reason it is popular with archaeologists. “Al Baei rat was a nice hotel… I met an accommodating staff and Ali and I shot pool and played ping pong. All the staff was great and answered question and helped in a pleasant way. I enjoyed my self and the food was very good. Would not hesitate to book there again.”
