“Affordable accommodation in Lucerne, about 3 km from the city center. Around 10 minutes by bus plus a short walk, or a 30-minute walk to town. The visitor card and included breakfast were nice extras. Reception was open until 9 PM, and quiet hours were supposed to start at 10:30 PM, but unfortunately, guests were noisy and shouting throughout the night. Otherwise private room was good enough for 2 people. Lift is not available so carrying big bags can be a problem too. ”

“The beds are awful, it is double bed room but two single beds are seperered each other. Also, the staff had really bad behaviour. I need a knife for my cake on my birthday time and ask for the one that I can use it but she gave me the plastic one and asks for pay! Except the staff in the morning which had a better behaviour towards us. But the location and view was perfect.”

“Let's start by saying that this is a hostel, so amenities are limited and comfort is just ok. That said, this is an awesome place to stay. We added the meal at night--excellent and parking. Staff was very pleasant and helped us understand how to navigate the stay.”

“Für meine individuellen Bedürfnisse die absolut beste Wahl. Nahe bei meinen Aktivitäten, sauber, ruhig, einfaches Check-in und -out, freundliche und hilfsbereite Bedienung.
