“There was a broken toilet in the first room that was given and a broken microwave in the second room. I didn't like that I wanted to book two nights through Expedia and it wouldn't let me and I got to the property they made me have to do a new booking for the next night at a higher charged.”

“I really enjoyed that they thought of everything and gave us extra little necessities. I needed cotton swabs and they had some available for me. It might not seem like much but it really was an extra little step taken that made my experience even better.
