“I hate to write a bad review, but oh my...The ad said this was a whole house rental. It was upstairs only. The entrance required was up stairs and on to a not-so-safe deck. The shoreline was overgrown (it was rented to fish which the owners knew). The inside had an overwhelming smell of mold. I started cleaning, my son started wheezing, and we left within two hours of arriving. I filed a complaint with vrbo, put in a dispute with my credit card company, all while communicating with the host. ...

"Nice hotel with comfortable rooms lots of space and friendly staff at breakfst and bar. However when we arrived (at 9 PM) there was noone in the lobby. We called the hotel, we ringed the bell, noone for 20 minutes, even though they knew we would come. After 20 min some guy arrived, no excuse, and checked us in."

"Average DT hotel good location in Davenport. AC did not work in our room. After understanding that it did not work we gpt a new room for our second night. Big central area of hotel makes it look deserted. The restaurant, only open for breakfast has bad ventilation => small pancakes in to your room. At the gym the peleton did not work and in our new room the safe did not work and we had to call maintanance who eventually fixed it."
