“The chalet was lovely, very clean, comfortable with enclosed decking which was really nice to sit out on in the evening. The owners are dog friendly & they had left a small welcome bag for my staffie with a couple of treats & tennis ball in which i thought was fab. Will definitely be booking again for a longer stay as we only stopped one night. Would definitely recommend this chalet as it is in an ideal location not far from Mablethorpe seafront.”

“This was a super unique stay and was really pleased with the easy safe parking and the supplied toilet and kitchen block for the property. Could use some labels on the plug sockets but that could just be my OCD ways. Really unique and fairly priced stay, im sure we will be back again maybe to try another part of the site. “The woman that owns and manages the property is so nice. The place is very old school looking but they are slowly renovating it one at a time. Despite this it was really homely feeling and actually we really liked the fact it didn’t just look like a hotel. We will be back next year ”

“Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby....

“xeptional apartment.cery clean.if we had one thing to sa y in complaint it would be to heavy duvet.but you are not the olly buisness with this problem. we hae noticed it i nmany appartments/guest houses/4/5star hotels are also guilyy of the same complaint.yes the appartment was exceptonal.we would hope to return at soome point but at 86yrs oldwe cannot sat for certain.”
