“Everything was very clean, personnel were helpful and love having shampoo, conditioner and wash for us in shower”

“When I made the reservation, the hotel advertised a hot breakfast. Nowhere was it mentioned that the hotel was undergoing renovations or that breakfast would not be available as advertised. Instead, guests are only given a bag containing water, an apple, and a bagel, which is simply not sufficient. I specifically chose this hotel because of the hot breakfast included with the stay. “When I arrived I was immediately assisted with the check in and handed a key card to room 336. Of the 2 elevators only 1 was working. Katastrof.”

“Staff wasn’t around for checkout”

“TD on the work being done. Each visit is showing the properties commitment, to providing a quality space for customers.”

“Stay positive. Be passionate about progressing. You’re doing great! Keep it up. You got this!”
