“I’m a dedicated Marriott: Bon Voy member. I’ve traveled the globe staying at Ritz Carlton locations for decades. Upon arrival the check in was very smooth and was greeted respectfully by the front desk. During my stay the coffee shop located un lobby had the entire system go down so could serve guests. The service pool side and their drinks were exceptionally poor. The tv in the room didn’t work and when explaining I was offered points as a solution. The construction was so noisy it’s impossible...

“I stay in a lot of Res Inns. The staff was cheerful and supportive, but a couple of things struck me as below the Marriott standard. I spent 10-15 minutes the in room iron, trying to get it working to press a shirt for the next morning changing outlets only to discover the iron was broken. I also discovered one of the outlets (a horizontal one on top of a desk) wasn’t anchored and when I tried to unplug the iron the whole outlet box came off. “Close to airport. Hotel felt outdated (both rooms and hotel facilities). Breakfast was ok but could use some more healthy alternatives. A lot of parking and WiFi worked well. ”

“I think our stay would have been nicer if the floor our room was on didn't reek of weed. We mentioned it to the front desk and she asked maintenance to chech it out. Woke up all night to the smell. The bed was very uncomfortable! Television in the bedroom wouldn't stay connected to wifi/service. The hotel was clean as where the rooms. The staff at check in was wonerful. I do recommend coffee service in the lobby!!! The coffee in the room is not good!”
