“Staff were excellent, in particular I wish to commend and thank May and Vincent in reception.
Housekeeping staff were very pleasant and obliging.
Parking was limited - I have a mobility permit and there were a number of occasions where people without permits were parked in these spots. I believe they are not monitored.
