It is a spacious, practical and functional 117 m2 apartment for 11 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.



Located on the first mezzanine floor of the building, you will have to navigate a short flight of steps to access the accommodation.



The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms; three with a 1.35 cm double bed and a fourth with another 1.35 cm double bed and a single sofa bed, all the beds dressed with their bedding.



You will also find a comfortable sofa bed for two people in the living room.



The entire accommodation is equipped with split air conditioning for heating/cooling, TV and space to store your belongings. One of the bedrooms has a temporary portable air conditioner.



You have 3 bathrooms; a full bathroom, a second bathroom without a shower and a third additional room with a second shower; bath gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the beds.



The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; use it responsibly for it to work properly.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 11 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.



You will find a spacious dining area.



In order to guarantee good coexistence between our guests and other neighbors, a decibel meter has been installed in the facilities in order to prevent excessive noise in the accommodation.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
