Hotell med pool i Magnificent Mile

“Har bott på flera IHG , men detta hade lägsta standarden. Inte lyx som påstås. Rumsinredning gammal och inte daglig städning fast vi bad om det. ”

“A descent hotel in a very nice area. Got a room close to the elevator but changed because the noice from the elevator was loud and disturbing. The rooms and the hotel overall is a bit ’tired’. Would be beneficial with an upgrade. The complimentary breakfast is very high carb high fat. Nothing special but nice to have. ”

“Everything was beautiful. There was a broken elevator for the last two days of our trip and a broken door. But ya know what, a server named Edgar treated me and my family with upmost respect. He was professional, loving, and a responsible worker. Everyone was amazing but Edgar especially stood out, because of him I forgot about any hotels hickups.”

“Bra hotell, framförallt bra läge centralt med gångavstånd till mycket. Bodde på 20:e våningen med fin utsikt över staden. Tyvärr var frukosten ganska trist och framförallt var allt på frukosten inpackat i förpackningar och till det användes engångstallrikar och plastbestick. Det drar ner betyget. Det tar mellan en vecka och tio dagar att få tillbaka depositionen vilket är rätt skumt.”

“The position of the hotel is fantastic. The staffs at the desk were helpful and their services were wonderful and appreciated . However there were dust and stain on furnitures and countertop and the the call reciever at the housekeeping was not so helpful in the beginning. Contemporary interiordesign, complementary coffe and tea, space and comfortable soffas made the lobby the main attraction at the hotel. The room was good.
