“House was very nice and as described. Beds were comfortable, temperature was nice. The neighborhood was very run down with boarded up homes across the street. The camera at the front door is inside and pointed in to the house which was very uncomfortable. Reggie was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Overall a very nice place.”

“Sophie's house was fantastic. It was comfortable, located on a historic street, in the best historic part of Philadelphia. It is convenient to everywhere in the city, either walking, public transportation, or Uber. It is only 15 minutes to South Philly & the Stadiums by Uber. Independence Hall & the Historic District is a 10 minute walk. Sonny's fantastic cheese steaks is 2 blocks away. 2nd year we've stayed here, will again!”

“The place was well decorated with high end appliances and furnishings. However, it was lacking a few basic amenities. There was no iron, only 3 face clothes (for a place that sleeps 7) and only 1/3 a roll of papertowel. It appeared to be clean but there was a lot of hair in the bathrooms and an ant problem. “We had such a nice time staying at this property. House was very clean, beds were very comfy and Bernie, the property manager, made sure we always had everything we needed, she was fantastic!
