Hotell nära Maitland Art Center

“The hotel was overbooked and of course was not very helpful due to our booking being through Expedia instead of directly though them. My wife and I weren’t able to find a new hotel until 3am. Terrible experience overall!”

“Nice and clean. Good rooms. May need a refurbishment the next couple of years.”

“Upon arrival, check in , there was no one at the front desk with a sign that stated no one at the front desk. Asked a cleaning person in lobby to be checked in and that staff person did not know how to locate anyone to come assist. This was a problem because a meeting was scheduled for customer and delayed due to delayed check in after flight was annoying. Hope this feedback helps as a customer should not have to wait long to be checked in.”

I noted the room was prepaid upon check in and immediately contacted hotel the next day when I saw charge to my bank account - was told charge...

“Check-in to checkout was seamless.”

“Excellent customer service, room super clean, and breakfast a plus. Could have better selection of food but overall great”

“Margaret was amazing. Outstanding customer service. She made my stay as comfortable as possible. House was struck by lightening so I was on pins and needles and she did everything she could to help my family. Awesome job”

“Rooms and staff were great. Pool was nice for the kids.”

“Made same day reservations, everything went very easily and smoothly. Very nice stay. Always appreciate a complimentary breakfast.”

“Rummet i gott skick. ”

“Rummet var väldigt fint, men mörkt! Dålig belysning. Personalen ok.”
