“Everything you need is nearby. Most pristine beach, a little grocery store with so much to offer, we cooked most of our meals there and the kitchen had enough supplies to make our food. Gorgeous villa, we felt very spoiled! The gentleman/security guard was very nice. Staff answered all our questions, I had many lol! Will definitely return!”

We couldn’t light the grill, and someone was over within 5 minutes to assist. I’d love to go back. So relaxing.”

“This home was very pretty. The property is lovely and the management was wonderful. The house was very clean and the beach access is great. Unfortunately the listing doesn’t let you know that it is directly next to Banana Beach (it shares a wall with the bar) so it is very loud with music/a dj on in the day and night. Aside from the noise it was a great house though”

“Skip. The host listed the property as a 2 minute walk to the beach and it was a 10-12 min 4x4 drive challenge. Since we planned to be able to walk we checked out and asked for a refund. He has not done so to make the situation right. Santa Teresa has been taken over by tourists and developers and not your typical Costa Rica pura vida experience. The developers have given zero respect to the locals and it shows. The town is dirty and noisy with atv 4x4 quads everywhere. Not a town for families or...

“Pros: We loved the area. It was a couple min. from the beach & the beach is perfect for kids. The waves are great for boogie boarding. We enjoyed playing in the pool. Cons: The host responded to emails quickly, but the management company that oversaw the home weren't great. I was told to message the management company to set up a time for check in, but she never responded. After messaging the host, he was able to give me the info for check in. I had messaged the host double checking there...
