"A lot of ants inside the room. We needed to pay for the air conditioning 8€ per day which is not in the description. We stayed 3 days and the day after we asked for towels change then they said they change towels every 2 days. After 2 days we asked for new towels then I had to hear that i got only 1 day left before check out and they don’t charge towels when we got only 1 day left. Really weird rules. "

"We stayed at the resort for 10 days and overall had a good stay — but it’s not a 5-star resort. The place feels quite run-down, especially the rooms, which haven’t been renovated in many years. Pros: - Very friendly and helpful staff. - Beautiful and well-maintained surroundings. - We were quickly offered a new room when we asked. Highly recommend choosing one with a sea view — others can have a very dull view. - There’s a cozy little backyard area behind Rodius where you can enjoy a drink in the evening. Sadly, it’s often empty since it’s far from the main restaurant. - For the price per night, comparing to many other resort, it is priceworthy. Cons: - The lifeguards are overly strict. I made a small dive in the pool and was immediately whistled at — very uncomfortable. I wasn’t the only one who noticed; several guests felt the same. - The rooms and parts of the hotel feel outdated and in need of renovation. - Half board only includes the main buffet restaurant. Although the buffet is pretty good for being a buffet. Tips: - Rent a car if you want to explore! Avoid Hersonissos — we recommend Piskopiano instead. If you’re traveling with kids, visit Acqua Water Park (5 mins away). For a great beach nearby, go to Potamos. Summary: A good stay overall, but the standard doesn’t match what you’d expect from a 5-star resort. "
