"This is a tricky one. The overall stay was good but for a five star category hotel a few things must be questioned. Looking at the website one would never think that the actual view from the hotel is a busy highway. If it wasn’t for the grasshoppers and their own busy sound, the sound of the highway would have probably taken over completely. As the view is extremely important for us this could better be highlighted as we probably would not have booked the hotel due to this, of course the matter of the highway is not the hotels fault. Furthermore, the bathroom shower was not completely cleaned with black hair visable after checking in and still under cleaning days. After cleaning - both days - the main door was never locked. Not ok. The pool service is not good, and unfortunately they do not offer any snacks or light food for purchase at all. Even though this could have easily been fixed. This is a big error for its 5star ranking. Apart from this the restaurant was lovely, great service and food. The rooms are also quite nice. "
