âMy luggage was left behind in Cairo for the two nights I spent in Kigali. The staff at the hotel could not have been more understanding or helpful. They sent someone to get me a toothbrush and toothpaste, accompanied me into town to buy clothes and helped me to contact the airline as the airport staff would not give me their local contact details. I cannot praise them highly enough.â

âVery clean rooms but the general planning not functional. No AC, to work the faan you needed to unplug the TV-screen. When taking a shower the entire bathroom floor is flooded. Cabinets for clothing can not be opened because the dofa is in its eay. Etc.
Rooftop bar is not constructed yet. The poolarea is not very nice; no towels, shades etc.
Breakfast is served next to receptionen and ordered at the bar. Nice omelette, fresh fruit and juice. Coffee is NOT included (!) and is paid extra.

âFirst room was a dissappointement but was changed after first night - no problem. Second room was very good and above expectations. Good desk to work at, clean and with plenty of windows making the room light. The balcony was also adding to the overall feeling. The rating concerns second room, first room was a disappointment. â
