“Very clean rooms but the general planning not functional. No AC, to work the faan you needed to unplug the TV-screen. When taking a shower the entire bathroom floor is flooded. Cabinets for clothing can not be opened because the dofa is in its eay. Etc. Rooftop bar is not constructed yet. “My luggage was left behind in Cairo for the two nights I spent in Kigali. The staff at the hotel could not have been more understanding or helpful. They sent someone to get me a toothbrush and toothpaste, accompanied me into town to buy clothes and helped me to contact the airline as the airport staff would not give me their local contact details. I cannot praise them highly enough.”
