"Great hospitality by the woman in the reception. Helped us (me and 13y.o son) with everything from restaurang advises to football game tickets. Would have been 11 out of 10 if it was possible. Very good location. Near to trainstation, restaurants, marina, football stadium etc. "

"Best hotel in the best of the 5 cities of Cinque terre. Wonderful personanle service, great breakfast with freshly baked pastries and egg dishes and coffees made upon request. The hotel is situated ideally from the train station in Vernazza, overall we found this village the cosiest and most accessible from the train station. We had a room with a balcony and private bathroom and can strongly recommend booking it. Some of the other rooms are sharing a bathroom. The hotel has several quaint outdoor terraces and a fridge full of beverages (both alcoholic and not) that you can serve yourself and put on your tab. But if you are lucky someone in the staff will be there and you will get great service and a good chat. Only downside is that breakfast starts quite late, at 8.15. But we still had plenty of time for hiking"
